Current and Former DePaul Students Professionally Design Small Business Web Sites

Dec. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- DePaul graduate Charles Martinez and current DePaul student Ethan Drower look to offer affordable web design with their new start up, Bargain Techs. Bargain Techs opened for business in June of 2011.

Given the current state of the economy, it is often difficult for small businesses to find their bearing and take control of a market. Usually with a limited amount of capital, they struggle to create web sites that appear both professional and modern. Bargain Techs offers a solution.

“We wanted to create a product that lets small business owners get back to worrying about their business,” Martinez said. “We take care of your web presence in full at an affordable rate.”

With its new product “WeBAH,” (Web Appearance and Hosting Management), Bargain Techs promises its clients custom web design, web hosting and marketing consultation for $48.95 per month. The package is all inclusive, consisting of five page web site, five email addresses, a domain name and hosting.

Drower, an experienced entrepreneur and server administrator, relates to the struggles of marketing a business in times like this.

“When startup capital is limited, business owners tend to either not have a web presence at all, or engage in a ‘do it yourself’ design project that ends up looking unprofessional,” Drower said. “We work with our clients so they can remain focused on their core business while we make sure the market sees a professional, legitimate business online.”
