Verdea - #1 Wine Bar in Palm Beach County Celebrates the New Year with Four Courses and Intermezzo

Dec. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Verdea Restaurant & Wine Bar in Palm Beach Gardens was founded on the farm to table philosophy.  This culinary philosophy embraces a sustainable approach to agriculture and dining. At its heart, the concept is simple: there is value in eating locally.

As Verdea approaches it first birthday and the world approaches a New Year', Chef David Welch has created a decadent 4-course menu with an intermezzo and Champagne toast that is sure to please every palate.

Verdea will offer two seatings on New Year's Eve. The first will be at 5:00 pm and cost... $75 per person (or $85 with wine pairings). The second seating will be at 7:30 pm and will cost $85 per person (or $95 with wine pairings). Tax and gratuity will be additional. Reservations are required.
