The prestigious ‘Pride in the Job’ industry awards look to recognise excellence in site management and follow a rigorous judging process. Site managers are assessed over an 18-month period against criteria such as consistency, leadership, technical expertise, interpretation and health and safety.

Ballanard Woods, which lies on the outskirts of Douglas, is a gated development of luxury homes built under the Heritage Homes Premier Collection brand. The judges noted the ‘outstanding quality of the development at Ballanard Woods’ for which Conor and Mark were equally responsible.
Winning the award will see them go up against regional winners from throughout the UK to compete for the “Supreme Awards” in January 2012. Judges from the Supreme judging panel will be visiting the Island to see Conor, Mark and the Ballanard Woods Development prior to the overall winner being announced at a Gala ceremony in London.
