Eric is nationally known for his expertise in restaurant brokerage. He is the author of Appetite for Acquisition, a 2011 national book release on buying and selling restaurants. He founded We Sell Restaurants in 2004 and began franchising the concept this year. Mr. Gagnon is a graduate of Francis Marion University and the University of Montreal.
