Bob Rohrman named the Indiana 2012 TIME Dealer of the Year

Dec. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Bob Rohrman will be honored at the 93rd annual National Dealers Association Convention Exposition in Las Vegas on February 4, 2012.

The TIME Dealer of the Year Award is sponsored by TIME Magazine
in association with Ally Financial, and in cooperation with the National Automotive Dealers Association.  Having been named Time’s Indiana Dealer of the year, Rohrman, 78 years old is now eligible to be chosen as the Time Dealer of the Year Award which a national award.

“Bob Rohrman has had a tremendous positive impact on communities in  Chicagoland and in Indiana,” said Ken Mills, General Manager of Fort Wayne Nissan. “This award is given to the most successful community minded dealers in the nation.”

Bob Rohrman started selling cars in 1955 quickly moving his way up through the dealership taking on more responsible roles.  In 1963 Rohrman opened his first used car lot in Lafayette finally turning his skills toward a franchise opportunity with Toyota.  The Bob Rohrman Auto Group now has 12 dealerships in the Chicagoland area and 25 dealerships in Indiana.
