Follow on Google News | Free Concert Downloads and Two New CDs from Steve Sullivan and the FactorySteve Sullivan and the Factory - living up to their name - are churning out songs like an assembly line: two new CDs, titled Love Is a Hit Parade and I Did a Bad Thing, both hit the street on Friday, December 23, 2011.
“Being on stage is what drives us as a band. We want to make every show one to remember. So we thought: let’s record all our gigs and give fans the chance to relive the night, just the way they experienced it.” So if you’re lucky and make some noise, you might hear your own applause on the live recording. The digital package is also supposed to include unique artwork and pictures from the show. On I Did a Bad Thing backup vocalist Holly Ann Latcham sings the sultry title track: it tells the dark story of a romance gone bad. Other highlights include “Just Wanna Be With My Girl” (available as a free download at http://stevesullivan.bandcamp.com/) Steve Sullivan is an American singer, songwriter and guitarist. His music combines the Electric Blues of Muddy Waters and classic R&B – think Ray Charles – to a blend of heartfelt Americana. After years of crisscrossing the country, breaking hearts and fronting bands, the self-taught New Mexican guitar-slinger arrived in Minnesota. His band „Steve Sullivan and the Factory“ is known in the Twin Cities for their energy-filled live shows: http://www.facebook.com/ Steve Sullivan and the Factory will release Love Is a Hit Parade and I Did a Bad Thing on Friday, December 23, 2011 at the Wild Tymes Palace Stage (St. Paul, MN) at 8 pm, Free End
