Dec. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Fort Lauderdale, USA and Prague, Czech Republic - E-Discovery Europe and LitigationSupportCareers.com (LSC) are pleased to announce LSC’s participation in LawTech Europe Congress scheduled to take place on November 12, 2012, at the Clarion Congress Hotel located in Prague, Czech Republic. The congress is expected to attract between 700 to 1,000 delegates from all over the world, all of whom will be going to Prague to discuss electronic evidence and digital forensics. Of particular importance is the conflict between EU/US electronic evidence collection and processing.

“Over the past few years, there have been huge advances in e-discovery support and guidelines for civil litigation in America and Western Europe.  These advances have not, however, been mirrored in Central Europe and, as a result, multi-jurisdictional disputes have become more drawn out and complex in nature.  We are hoping that by bringing some of the world’s leaders in the field together to discuss these issues, we can start to redress the balance.”- Frederick Gyebi-Ababio, the Managing Director, E Discovery Europe.

The congress will bring together experts in the fields of advocacy, e-discovery, technology, dispute resolution, computer forensics, investigations and prosecutions.  It is aimed at being an annual event, and will be the first of its kind in Central Europe in terms of its scale, scope, inclusiveness and effectiveness.

“LSC is committed to providing legal industry professionals with the resources they need to deliver essential litigation support services. We are thrilled to work with Frederick Gyebi-Ababio and his organization to help bridge the gap between the United States and the countries of central Europe with respect to the preservation, collection, and processing of electronically stored information.” – David A. Netzer, President, LSC.
