The fourth generation, having long worked on the ranch, is spearheading the move into the gourmet beef industry.  Four siblings are working with top industry professionals and scientists to deliver some of the finest American Kobe Beef right to your door.

They hired premier Meat Scientist, Dr. Antonio Mata, to train their meat processor in the new cutting techniques and even he was amazed at the tenderness of the beef.  And the list of those also loving West Dakota Kobe beef is growing fast.
