Walters, MBA, EA, of LeWalt Consulting Groupe, LLC, and a select group of America’s leading financial professionals have joined together to co-write the forthcoming book titled, Breaking The Tax Code Second Edition: America's leading Tax Professionals Reveal Proven Strategies to Legally Minimize Your Taxes and Keep More of What You Earn.  Nick Nanton, Esq. along with business partner, JW Dicks, Esq., recently signed a publishing deal with each of these authors to contribute their expertise to the book, which will be released under their CelebrityPress™ imprint. This book is the much-anticipated follow up to the best-selling first edition, released in March 2011.

John E. Walters, MBA, EA has been tax practitioner for over 24 years in multiple states. His practice, LeWalt Consulting Groupe LLC located in St. Petersburg Florida, focuses on developing tax and financial strategies for his varied and diverse US and International clientele. John earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Southern Polytechnic State University and a BS in Engineering from San Diego State University. He holds the FINRA Series 7 & 66 securities licenses. Mr. Walters is the past President of the FSEA Sun Coast Chapter of Enrolled Agents and a Graduate Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute.
