Cunningham, MAI, CCIM, Principal, of LandQwest Commercial, represented the seller, RB Lee, LLC, in the sale of the 29,812 square foot retail/office center to BA & BA Investments, LLC for $1,650,000. Christopher Leonard, CCIM, of Colliers International represented the buyer in this transaction.
