How did this business come around? The fledgling graduate market forced Managing Director, Cheryl White, to consider self employment to work around her young daughter. She herself noticed that little to no guidance was given to graduate or any jobseekers. As well as this, she recognised that optimising grades at University could help with the competitive edge, but that help was required.
