The event will take place from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., at Yun Fitness Bootcamps/Athletic Revolution, 4601 Leap Court, Hilliard. This event is free of charge; however, participants will donate at least one new, wrapped toy to take part in the camp. After the workout, the toys will be distributed to deserving children in the Columbus community. Participants are also encouraged to wear their Christmas or holiday gear to the workout. Boot camp founder Jason Yun reminds campers that “ugly sweaters” make great workout gear!
Participants can expect a great workout for a great cause. Trainer Jason Yun will take the class through a dynamic warm-up as well as a complex workout of intervals and circuits using body weight, resistance bands, kettlebells, partner work, and more.
