East Oak Cliff Welcomes New Affordable Housing Property

Dec. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Dallas, TX  (December 8, 2011) – This week the neighborhood of Oak Cliff will welcome its newest multi-family housing community, catering to active adult living.  Magnolia Trace is a 112 unit property offering residents a variety of amenities.  

The grand opening ceremony will take place on Monday, December 12th from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M., with Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Tennell Atkins presiding.  Magnolia Trace is located at 6712 Patrol Way and is professionally managed by Sunchase American.

A four-person staff will provide on-site management and maintenance of the community, including a part-time event coordinator.  Events will focus on life skills, while providing a social forum for residents to interact with their neighbors.  The staff will assist new residents with the application process and welcome them into their new homes.
