The author holds a Masters degree in Physical Education, Nutrition and Gymnastic Training. She is also a performance nutrition specialist and has over 20 years of experience in supporting people who want to lose weight, build muscle and transform their lives.
The author is unique in her approach to the way that people should lose weight. She is against those crash or fad diets that are fashionable every year or so. At a recent launch party for her book she claimed that: ‘I tell people the truth. I tell them that transforming your body can be a long, slow and hard process and doesn’t happen overnight.
