America’s Choice Home Loans LP Expands Operations in New Jersey

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 8, 2011 - Houston, TX – America’s Choice Home Loans LP announced today that it has expanded its retail loan operations in New Jersey, naming Mark Silverberg as Branch Manager.  The new branch office is located in East Brunswick and will serve customers with a variety of home loan products. America’s Choice has recently opened new locations in Delaware, Oregon and Illinois, but Managing Director Larry Lobb said that “We will not grow just to get bigger. Mark Silverberg is experienced, knowledgeable and well respected, and we are extremely pleased he chose to join our company.”  Mark has been a mortgage banker for twenty four years, with extensive experience in retail branch management. Jonathan Fowler, America’s Choice Director of National Production, said “We are continually looking for quality Branch and State Managers.  Mark has proven himself in this business over many years, and he makes us a better company.”

Mark will continue to work with customers and their FHA and conventional home loan needs, whether purchase or refinance.  Mr. Silverberg added “I am very happy to be the newest member of the America’s Choice team. Change is often challenging, but the support from this company was great. It’s nice to know there are people at the home office who really care, and are working hard for those of us in the branches.”

“We expect to open more retail branches in New Jersey over the coming weeks,” said Larry Lobb, Managing Director, “and Mark’s experience and knowledge are a valuable resource.”  Mr. Lobb also said that America’s Choice anticipates opening new markets and adding additional branch locations during 2012.
