Working Mother magazine Tweet Chat: End Workplace Bullying!

Working Mother (WM) magazine and the Workplace Bullying Institute (WBI) team up for a compelling Twitter conversation about bullying at work on Tuesday Dec. 13, 2011 between 9 -10 pm ET.

Dec. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- The Tweet Chat is offered on the heels of an investigative article in the Dec/Jan issue of WM, "Workplace Bullies." WM conducted a survey of its readers and found that 55% reported being bullied compared to the national rate of 35% (according to the 2010 WBI Survey). Women do comprise the majority of bullied targets in America. Bullied working mothers experience undue stress from the experience and most of it is preventable.

Working Mother Editorial Director Jennifer Owens, Deputy Editor Barbara Turvett, and WBI Director, Dr. Gary Namie will participate. The event can be joined at @_workingmother.

Tweet chat participants can share their workplace bullying stories, observations, and get answers from the expert, Dr. Namie. Join us for this compelling Twitter conversation on Tuesday Dec. 13, 2011 between 9 -10 pm ET.
