Best Practices for Business: "Entrepreneurship is 'The Key' to Saving Middle America"

Garnett, Phonpadith, Bradshaw and Lovas are Co-Authors of "Seen and Sustained: Best Practices for Small and Diverse Businesses".  Executive Director of the Center for Minority Business Development at Prince George’s Community College, Carl E. Brown, will moderate the panel discussion.

The panel discussion will focus on entrepreneurs and how their ability to communicate clear and understandable vision can enable innovation. It will also cover the need for entrepreneurs to develop a plan and tried processes that can better measure and leverage results, leading to sustainability. Another concept that will be talked about is fiscal management awareness and how it can create financial security for their businesses and lives, hence being the key to “saving middle America”.

The books, “Saving Middle America” and “Seen and Sustained” were both published in 2011.  Seen and Sustained is a professional development workbook. Both books will be available for purchase and signing after the event. There is no cost to attend the event.
