Bolt PR first established a presence in North Carolina last February after hiring Jo-Anne Chase as its vice president and general manager of the eastern region. Both Caroline Callaway, president of Bolt PR, and Chase, are alumni of North Carolina State University in Raleigh with degrees in communication. Riggin, with a proven track record in B2B and B2C public relations, most recently served as associate account executive at Howard, Merrell & Partners in Raleigh, and previously held PR positions at O’Keeffe & Company near Washington, D.C., and The Brooks Group in New York City.  Riggin’s experience includes management of regional and national brands such as Butterball, Dixie, Georgia-Pacific and O2 Fitness. In her new role at Bolt PR, she will be responsible for spearheading media relations, social media and marketing campaigns for the agency’s growing client roster that spans across the beauty, education, fashion, consumer lifestyle, nonprofit, restaurant and hospitality, and technology industries.
