JDW Launches Research on Advertising and Society

JDW: The Charlotte Agency releases its first round of research on how advertising is perceived to affect society.

Dec. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- JDW: The Charlotte Agency, the marketing and advertising agency for entrepreneurs and lifestyle brands in Charlotte, NC, announced that it is starting its first nationwide research study on advertising and society.

The first round of the research includes a 15 question survey designed for anyone in the United States to complete and add their thoughts to it.

"With advertising and society constantly changing, we want to see if people see a correlation to it", says Dwayne Waite Jr., principal of the marketing agency and research project lead.

The link to the survey is accessible on all social networks, and on survey monkey. The main link to the survey is here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Adsociety

The goal for the first round of research is to gather what consumers believe advertising's impact on society looks like.

The first round looks to be completed by March of 2012.

The Charlotte Agency is trying to understand why regulators are constantly attacking advertising. Waite says "one way to see what the regulators see is by asking the people."
