Dec. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Press Release – Federal Court Case Crandall v. the United States

John S. Crandall of Wayne County Tennessee has brought suit against the United States on the Charge of Bad Government.  Mr. Crandall says that he himself and all of his fellow American Citizens have a Right to Good Government under the Law.

Mr. Crandall is a Master of the Arts in the field of History. He has a book out entitled Down and Out in the Tennessee Hills. He is currently a Political Activist raising funds to do what he calls “Save America” through his Website Politicalpizza.org.

Mr. Crandall holds that Mandatory Car Insurance Laws, Click it or Ticket Seatbelt Laws, and the Patriot Act are all blatantly and obviously statutes which violate the Rights of Americans under the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Mr. Crandall says that if Real Americans do not stand successfully in the Courts, or as Candidates for the Legislatures We the People of the United states of America are in danger of having Our Liberties nibbled away by Bad Precedents in the Law.

Although it is not part of the current Case, Mr. Crandall can become rather animated discussing the likelihood of himself and his fellow Academics, especially Historians and Political Scientists, being discriminated in hiring for Local, State, and Federal Jobs by the current Parties in power.  He says that the Parties have become so corrupt as to be a threat to American Liberty, and that this is especially true since they have become empowered with unjust spy privileges under the Patriot Act.

In the Private Sector, Mr. Crandall is currently developing a Publishing House to publish works by talented Authors, and especially Authors politically on the Right. His Company, El Dorado Publishing, can be reached by mail at P.O. Box 723, Hohenwald, TN 38462. Political Works are currently planned to be published under a subsidiary known as Pizza House Press.

In the Case currently being broughy by Mr. Crandall and Politicalpizza.org, issues beyond the obvious and disgusting breaches of the Law passed, as Law, by the Federal Congress and by unjust pressure on the States by the Federal Congress (in direct breach of the 10th Amendment) in abridgement of the Rights of Americans under the Law are brought. Mr. Crandall holds that the current “American” regime has closed the Bar to those who would read for the Law in violation of ancient Common Law Precedent, Law, and Tradition.  Also, that the evil men in Washington have mismanaged the Economy and the Fiscal affairs of the Nation so pathetically that Depression and Recession have become virtually unavoidable.  He says that this condition is likely to persist until such time as the Congress shows at least as much understanding of Basic Economic Principles as every High School Student in America should have by the time they Graduate.

Additionally, included in his arguments for the Court is an argument against Teacher Certification Legislation forced upon each State. Mr. Crandall simply states that he himself as a Master of History has over 60 Collegiate Semester Hours in History, and that the average “Certified Teacher” has only 3 to 9 Semester Hours in History. And yet, Mr. Crandall is excluded from Teaching History in the High Schools without special dispensation while these less qualified Teachers are preferred by the Law to Teach History. Hesays that this violates his Rights to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and equals unfair preferemce under the Law with unjust disregard for Education and proven Merit. Not only are Masters and Doctors of History damaged by this Law “Certified Teachers” can Teach any Subject in the Schools and are preferred by the Law over Masters or better of all Subjects. The Law should make sense, and hold that Teacher’s should be hired on the Merits as proven in the earning of the Degrees. Devaluing Graduate Work by the Law, and paying high salaries to the less educated is nonsense, and an insult to Centuries of University Tradition.

Mr. Crandall’s Charges have been acknowledged by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and a Court Date from the Federal Court Clerk is awaited.  Mr. Crandall says that he is optimistic about winning the Case, but he also says that should he lose it would be a sign of the Fall of the Constitution and Just Government in America.
