PRLog - Dec. 6, 2011 - ENFIELD, U.K. -- North London, Interactive Ideas has been awarded Specialist Distributor of the Year 2011 and commended Software Distributor of the Year at CRN Awards in Battersea, London.
The CRN Awards Ceremony is the most exciting event in the Channel Calendar, designed to celebrate and promote good practice in the Channel Industry. There were more than 1,750 representatives from the UK channel attending.
The Specialist Distributor of the Year Award recognises the overall service and support provided to resellers in that area of the market, taking into account product focus and choice, availability and distribution services, pre- and post sales support, market development assistant and online capabilities.
The Awards organisers received large numbers of nominations, which are shortlisted by category specific panel of judges from resellers, distributors and vendors, with no panelist judging the shortlist for their own category.
Mike Trup, Managing Director said “We are thrilled to have won Specialist Distributor of the Year, we have worked extremely hard over the years to reach this position, with our main focus on providing excellent quality of service and building great relationships with vendors and customers. Our focus has always been on the mid and long term objectives rather than focusing on the short term wins. We hope to achieve many more awards going forward”.
The CRN award comes on the back of recently being recognised by The Telegraph as one of the 1000 companies that will lead the UK’s growth. The company has achieved record revenues for the last 4 years in a row and doubled the size of the company during that time with growth of over 30% in each year.
