Attorney Guthrie explained how estate planning affects everyone and how important it is to have an estate plan even if you think you do not need one yet. Mr. Guthrie talked about wills, living trusts, probate court, power of attorney, and living wills in a simple and direct manner that everyone was able to understand.
Attorney Evan Guthrie answered questions after making his presentation that ranged from what to do in order to get started probating an estate to how to challenge a will that had undue influence involved when it was being made.
