JITOA visit to the Montreal Hotel
The Montreal Hotel is a project of the Jordan Heritage Revival Company (JHRC), launched in 2010 with monies from the King Abdullah II Development Fund. The hotel is owned by the (JHRC) and is designed to generate income for residents of the surrounding community.
On Friday evening, two of Dakkak's tours coordinators and the other JITOA members invited to the trip had an introduction to the Montreal Hotel grounds and facilities followed by an evening meal. On Saturday morning, they concluded their tour of the facility and spent two hours on a guided tour of Shaubak Castle.
The participants of the trip were very impressed with the hotel and the guided tour of Shaubak Castle. "The Montreal Hotel is a superb facility and centrally located for visitors wanting to spend a day exploring Shaubak Castle and extending their trips to Petra and Wadi Rum," said Mohammad Samih, JITOA's Chairman.
