Ben starts by doing gentle alignment exercises, followed by Yoga, followed by expressive and cathartic dancing. After this, and within 30 minutes of waking if possible, eat yourself a nice large, "slow carb" breakfast... 6 days a week at least.
In the morning also leave time to write-down what you're passionate about, celebrate your previous-days wins, and learn from somebody inspiring to mindset right.
I also advocate some brief, vigoros exercise so that you are ready to hit the day running.
I personally avoid coffee before 11am, and after 6pm. In the morning this is because I want to be completely "tuned-in" to my body, and coffee may make me feel I'm doing a better job of reinvigorating myself than I really am, and I don't want to "mask" any symptoms.
When it comes to the evening, around 6pm is a good time to consider drawing a line under your coffee, or other caffeine consumption. The effects of caffeine can last for 6 hours or so, so it's important your system is clear before you attempt sleep... which is so important for your long term health.
