In the morning this is because I want to be completely "tuned-in" to my body, and coffee may make me feel I'm doing a better job of reinvigorating myself than I really am, and I don't want to "mask" any symptoms. When it comes to the evening, around 6pm is a good time to consider drawing a line under your coffee, or other caffeine consumption.
