Personal Trainers in Concord Launch Community Bootcamp to Support ChildFund Australia

Dec. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Every Saturday in summer a group of personal trainers and members of the Concord local community join forces for a 45 minute bootcamp. The bootcamp which starts at 8.30 am every Saturday is open to everyone, after an initial fitness assessment, for the cost of a gold coin. The gold coin goes to support the child sponsored by Bee Active through ChildFund Australia.

ChildFund Australia is an independent and non-religious international development organisation that works to reduce or eliminate poverty for children in the developing world.

"Community Bootcamp is the perfect opportunity for Bee Active to support the fitness of our local community and our local community to help children in need." said Mr Grono of Bee Active. "It is a great initiative for our personal trainers and members to have sponsored a child. The details of the Bee Active sponsorship are on display in the gym so community bootcampers can feel part of what they are supporting."

Bee Active Community Bootcamp was launched in November in Queen Elizabeth Park, Concord and continues to run for summer. The local community of Concord are encouraged to join in. Participants are not required to join the Bee Active personal training studio, only to have undergone an initial health assessment prior to their first bootcamp.
