PRLog - Dec. 4, 2011 - My mother was the best cook in the world and back then there were no culinary schools which she did not need anyway. You will find a lot of her recipes in my book. My cookbook contains some recipes of older Italian meals. These meals will zap a lot of memories for a lot of people of their grandmother's cooking and others. Most of the recipes in my cookbook are recipes that I created.
The page to the left of each recipe is my little synopsis of the recipe, different ways to prepare it. They will learn after preparing a meal from my book that when it is brought to the table, it will appear that she spent a lot of time preparing it. I make it easier by cutting corners (in a good way); I add a lot of flavor to my recipes; and most of all my meals are healthy and delicious meals (i.e., I watch the fat intake by taking the skin off chicken before cooking it) and as you read the different recipes, you will find my comments to be very helpful.
An example of one of my recipes would be my Sloppy Joe recipe. If you read the page to the left where I talk about this recipe, you will notice that the title reads: Sloppy Joes without the Heartburn. It does get the reader's attention and I have had so many comments about this. They just love it! Of course, I will tell you how to prepare this to avoid the heartburn.
Simple to prepare, delicious and you will be so proud of yourself and I think you will love me forever!

Wonderful and easy cookbook. Love all of the little stories behind each recipe. My family loved the Broccoli, Cauliflower Chicken Pasta. Delicious! Can't wait to try the Iuandi (Bow-ties). These are one of my favorite cookies at wedding – and NOW I have the recipe. I would recommend this cookbook because of the easy and simple recipes. Who doesn't like getting in and out of the kitchen quickly after a long day at work!
This cook book is fantastic, the recipes are delicious and soooo original, the explanations on how to make: are as easy to understand as they are to make. The special readings that go with each recipe are interesting also. I have enjoyed not only making the recipes but also the reading . . .
