Levant marketers connect and talk digital at mediaME Forum:2011

The mediaME Forum:2011, the second Levant digital media event, was held in Amman on the 27th & 28th of November, 2011. The event was hailed as a success as it brought together clients and advertising professionals from across the Middle East.

Dec. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- The mediaME Forum:2011, the second Levant digital media event, was held in Amman on the 27th & 28th of November, 2011. The event was hailed as a success as it brought together clients and advertising professionals from Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria and Iraq to meet, gain knowledge and discuss the digital media future of the region.
The forum enjoyed even stronger attendance this year, with over 350 registered marketing communications professionals, the majority of whom were top advertising spending clients and their advertising agencies from the Levant region; with many others attending from across the Middle East.
mediaME Forum:2011 delivered quality content, with 30 speakers and panelists from across the region, each tackling a specialized field, presenting the latest facts, figures and trends.

Topics covered included an overview of digital branding and creativity in Arabia, the power of local content in online communities, the opportunities in online video advertising, mobile branding and campaigns in Middle East, the rise of affiliate, social media marketing strategies, latest findings of the Arab Social Media Report, Arabic search engine marketing, the role of ad networks in campaigns, digital reputation management, Arab brands and gaming, Internet audience growth statistics and trends and more.

Zeid Nasser, founder of mediaME.com and part of the organizing team said "We are proud to play a role in activating the digital media market in Levant countries, by bringing together all these traditional and digital media professionals. mediaME Forum:2011 was streamed live on the Internet, achieving close to a thousand views, and caused a significant buzz before and during the event in the Twitter sphere with thousands of tweets. Several video interviews were conducted with speakers and the event content, including presentations, may be accessed at the website www.mediameforum.com.
