Dec. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Although there is already a law regulating hotels to treat bed bug infestation, some had found a loophole to get away from dealing with the pests. With his attempt to change the law though, the commissioner of Mecklenburg county is trying to get all hotels clean up their places in case of bed bug presence.

Knowing that bed bugs are common not only in hotels but also in houses and other establishments, BedBugsBeware, on the other hand, advised all property owners to always be ready to implement a bed bug treatment. To get that done effectively and safely, the site suggested the use of Bed Bug Bully.

According to Bill James, the Macklenburg county commissioner, hotels listed as daily or nightly are the only ones regulated to treat bed bug infestation. And so, those with weekly status tend to ignore bed bug infestation. Because of this, some hotels are also changing their status from nightly to weekly.

To force hotels to clean bed bug infestation or to shut close if they have bed bug problems, James wants to alter the law. And if his concern will not be given attention locally, he plans to bring to the legislatures as said by the report.

“Hotels are some of the places most often infested by bed bugs. And though there is already a law regulating a hotel management to treat any bed bug case, others were still able to find a loop around it. However, with a certain commissioner attempting to change the law about bed bug infestation in hotels, that loophole might be covered sooner than later.”

“In Mecklenburg county, commissioner Bill James is trying to get all local hotels to be responsible of bed bug infestation. According to him, only hotels listed as 'daily' are regulated. Only they can also be shut down in cases of untreated bed bug infestation. And so, some hotels are changing their status from daily to weekly to get away from possible closure.”

“To prevent the change of status and to force hotels to clean-up or close down, Bill James wants to change the law. And if he can't get it done locally, he plans to take it to the legislatures.”

“A Mecklenburg county commissioner is hoping to change local hotel regulations after discovering a loophole that allows some hotels to avoid treating for bed bugs.”

“James says only hotels listed as daily are regulated by law and a case of untreated bed bugs could shut the hotels down. But some hotels have found a loophole by changing their status from nightly to weekly. James wants to prevent hotels from altering their status by changing the law.”

"It would force them to either clean the place up or close down," said James.”

To get that done though, you will need the help of a bed bug spray as the site added. And among the many bed bug products in the market, it only recommends the use of Bed Bug Bully.

Given as its made of non toxic ingredients, it sure is the best bed bug killer that anybody can get for a safe and effective bed bug treatment. And because it is non-toxic, it offers another advantage of not needing to evacuate.
