Bavaria 45 wins SAIL's 2012 Best Boats Award

The annual Best Boats Awards recognize the best new sailboat models that are introduced into the North American market and is no doubt one of the most coveted accolades in the sailing world.

The 3 cabin/3 head yacht (also available as a 4 cabin/3 head yacht) has certainly raised the standard in design and construction for the other production builders to try and attain in the future. Features such as the signature stern-wide swim platform “a worthy contender in the ongoing transom wars” cites Charlie Doane, have not gone unnoticed. A range of optional extras such as an extensive choice of cabin and interior joinery finishes are also available.
