Nov. 30, 2011 - PRLog -- For most, last week was just another Thanksgiving spent eating turkey and laughing with family.

However, for three Account Managers at DG Concepts, something extra was on their minds. Daney Glenn, Daniel Johnson & Jessica Vogt were honored in a special meeting for their abilities to achieve goals, exceed expectations and display excellent leadership skills. The three were formally promoted to Corporate Trainers within the company. They have demonstrated stellar work ethic, the ability to set and achieve personal goals as well. In addition to reaching their personal goals, they have now proven that they have the skill sets necessary to lead others. They are now focusing on projects to further training processes and methodologies.

From day one of training Daney has had a smile on her face and determination in her heart to succeed. Previously a flight attendant, she transferred her skill sets with ease into marketing and client relations. Daney always goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are happy and her goals are exceeded. We are proud to have her on staff.

Daniel Johnson began as an Account Manager soaking up every bit of knowledge he could from his mentors. His willingness to learn and student mentality has helped him succeed very quickly. He creates amazing rapport with his clients and has now been able to work with those who feel they are weak in that area. We are so excited to witness Daniel's continued growth and improvement.

Jessica Vogt has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University specializing in glass blowing. Jessica's artistic and creative personality helps her reach all type of clientele. She demonstrates strong work ethic and persistence no matter what her challenge. Jessica aspires to own her own glass blowing shop after her next promotion into management here at DG Concepts. Equipped with the entrepreneurial spirit and drive it takes to succeed, we are proud to work side by side with Jessica each day.
