He continued, “Companies will run a specific IT project for a fixed period, usually anything from three months up to two years. The project will need a range of highly skilled experts with very specific knowledge. Finding the right people for the job is also tricky and can take several months before the new employee is up to speed. Employing a full time network architect specialist or a cloud visualisation consultant, for example, is also a long term commitment which many businesses in the current climate are nervous about.”
The answer, according to Job is to bring in on demand, vetted, highly experienced specialist who will fit immediately into an organisation and get results from the outset. He continues, “The pressure is really on CIOs to deliver on time and on budget and they need staff brought in to work on complex IT projects to hit the ground running.”
