Stacy Ward is more than just a personal trainer. Stacy services her clients by providing one to one services, group training, lifestyle coaching, nutrition guidance, meal planning, online training and stretch therapy. Stacy’s strong desire to help as many people as possible was the driving force behind starting her business, STA-FIT Health Solutions & Fit Body Boot Camp.
After a personal struggle, Stacy joined the fitness industry 15 years ago. Stacy started her personal training business in 2008 using a one-on-one training method. Now, Fit Body Boot Camp provides a fun group environment aimed at connecting people with shared goals and making a positive impact on her client’s life and community.
“It is never too late to be all that you can be, find your purpose and live a balanced life” said Stacy. Stacy’s philosophy is that with the right mindset, determination, persistence toward your goals, coupled with proper programming, nutrition, and the right coach, you can achieve success in all areas of your life. Stacy’s philosophy for a successful lasting lifestyle change is a 5-step process: Know your goal, uncover core beliefs, plan of action, accountability program and giving back.
Stacy is taking steps to reach out into her community and help as many people as possible by working with local food bank, church and charity events. Among other accomplishments, Stacy is a member of National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified IMPACT Trainer, licensed massage therapist, Boot camp Instructor and Wellness Coach.
