Time for a New Year’s Resolution?

Every year we all make our New Years Resolutions, give up smoking, lose some weight, get fit or just become healthier! Some of these changes could make our quality of life so much better, while others could be just life changing! Almost all fail!

Sadly very few keep to them, as the old well-worn patterns return too easily. Why is it so hard to make ‘lifestyle’ changes to improve our lives?

We are the most educated people who ever walked the earth! Yet we have become trapped into lifestyle choices that for many are impossible to break!

What is needed is a different form of education, one that targets the old patterns of behaviour to weaken them. Then strengthens the new lifestyle changes to make them simply become a part of us.
