Dreaming of a Green Christmas 5k Run & 1k Kids' Fun Run

Nov. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Free Holiday Race:
Compete Green will be hosting “Dreaming of a Green Christmas”, 5k Run and Kids' 1k Fun Run, with no-race entry fee on December 17th at 9am at Olivas Adobe Park in Ventura. Compete Green partnering with Toys for Tots this holiday season asks that all race participants bring new and used toys to donate to those less fortunate this year. This free entry race is limited to 200 people and is Compete Green’s way of saying thank you to their supporters and racers this holiday season.

Last 5k of 2011:
Also being hosted is a 5k run, “Till the Sun Goes Down 5k” on Decemeber 31st at 4:30pm. The Races starts at Promenade Park, travels along the oceanfront and bypasses Ventura Pier all while touring the last beautiful sunset of the year.

Registration:
5k with shirt (without shirt $5 less):
$25 before Dec. 1st
$30 before Dec. 30th
$35 Race Day

1k Kids Run:
Free before Dec. 30th
$5 Race Day
