Executive Chef Daniel Stevens announced several other new items including a grown-up grilled cheese & tomato basil soup prepared with seasoned and thinly sliced smoked roasted beef simmered with chipotle horseradish au jus, layered with Asadero, Jack & Parmesan cheeses; striped bass tacos with pickled vegetables in corn tortillas topped with avocado and served with Southwestern slaw, sweet potato chips and green chile aioli; lightly fried tempura avocado strips served with julienne slaw of cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper and mango drizzled with green chile aioli and topped with sesame seeds; jalapeno cornbread stuffed striped bass baked until flaky with brown butter sauce, served with au gratin potatoes and a sautéed squash medley; and achiote braised pork ossobuco served bone-in atop a bed of pumpkin gnocci with seasoned fried julienne vegetables.
