Under the terms of the five-year lease, Santa Barbara Focalplane (SBF), a Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control business, will continue to occupy two identical adjacent 42,000 square-foot, Class A single-story buildings at 336 and 346 Bollay Drive. SBF, founded in Santa Barbara in 1985 and acquired by Lockheed Martin in 1993, is a world leader in the design, custom development and manufacture of infrared component, imaging systems, camera systems and technology used in military, space, medical and commercial applications.
Santa Barbara Business Park consists of six single-story concrete tilt-up structures with pre-cast concrete and tinted glass walls. Buildings range from 14,766 square feet to 42,830 square feet and are designed for hi-tech, light industrial and office uses. Current tenants include Texas Instruments, Cree, Integrated Procurement Technologies, Inogen and True Vision.
