In early 2011 Marcia introduced Soft and Soft Chocolate Treatments, which have quickly become popular additions to the brand.  These new, innovative treatment options were developed in response to consumers’ concerns regarding media reports involving products in the smoothing category, as well as to meet international regulatory requirements.

In addition to formulating these products FREE OF FORMALDEHYDE PRODUCING INGREDIENTS, Soft and Soft Chocolate Treatments provide variable curl pattern reduction.  As part of the pre-treatment consultation, stylists can offer an array of options and looks for their clients.  Both Treatments offer frizz-free and manageable hair, with flexibility from smooth to leaving a curl pattern. The variations are accomplished by the quantity of flat iron passes during the process.  The more passes during this stage, the smoother the results.  

Other unique benefits offered by Soft and Soft Chocolate Treatments include same day shampooing and conditioning.  Because the hair is shampooed, blow dried and styled AFTER the Treatment, clients are able to experience their final results, which will last up to 3 months, before they leave the salon.  Immediate gratification for both stylists and clients!

All Marcia Teixeira® products are safe to use on any type of hair, including color treated or otherwise previously chemically treated hair.  All color services should be done after the Soft and Soft Chocolate Treatments (before for Original, Chocolate and Advanced Treatments).
