Covering 11 different countries from around the world, our initial exposition was the ideal platform for international exhibitors to enter the UK market, with apparel ranging from womenswear & menswear to lingerie, swimwear & fabrics. The show also encompassed 3 days of fashion shows exhibiting what was on offer from both our national and international clientele.
One of our key features was education and skill, with contributions from De Montfort University’s contour design department & the renowned practical training organization, Fashion Capital.
Next year we aim to continue our support of up and coming British designers and manufacturers by hosting the 'Best of British’ pavilion. This themed area will accompany other country pavilions which will be decorated according to the culture of that country, and is an opportunity to make the event not just a trade show, but an experience.
For the designers and manufacturers involved, it is also an opportunity to gain exposure, network with buyers, industry insiders and press, where it may not otherwise have been possible.
LGE’12 hopes to be bigger and better than the last, situated in the fashion and art oriented venue and in the heart of trendy Angel & Islington. With our combination of International & British exhibitors, we aim to promote the best of what each country pavilion has to offer, and encourage good business relations between the UK and international marketplace.
Registration for exhibitors is now open, with our nationwide search for the Best in up and coming British designers commencing soon.

London Garments Expo, organized by Perfect Management London Ltd, is a fashion trade show encompassing exhibitors from the UK & across the globe.
Our belief is that British manufacturing and garment production is an essential part in establishing a complete fashion industry within Britain. However it is also very important to continue to have a good relationship overseas for the effective integration of our British designers into international manufacturing houses, and British designs to be placed in foreign retailers. It is as important for us to be able to export to the rest of the world as it is for the rest of the world to export to the UK.
Therefore we feel that the London Garments Expo grants everyone involved the opportunity to do business from the manufacturers to the retailer to the designer.
