Studio West to offer Activities & Sales During Ladies Night

Studio West, The Home of Art with a Heart will be open late Thursday, December 1st for Ladies Night.  Join us for special opportunities and sales from 6-9 p.m.

~ Indulge in a free chair massage.
~ Gather around with your friends and make bath salts with your choice of essential oils.
~ Select handmade ornaments, candles, and picture frames, great gifts for yourself or a coworker, family member, or friend.
~ Greeting cards, ornaments and candles are all Buy-One-Get-One Half Off especially for Ladies Night.
~ Explore the beautiful and unique artwork featured at Studio West-each piece with its own story-and consider purchasing an original or print as a wonderful addition to your home.  

Studio West opened in November and will be open Tuesdays-Sundays. In addition to offering unique art works and smaller gift items for purchase—created by individuals who have barriers to employment and their allies—Studio West also plans to offer a variety of experiential opportunities for the community to engage in the arts.  Workshops, open studio sessions, and a variety of types of performances are in the planning stages, and scheduled to start after the New Year.  Schedules and enrollment announcements will be posted on the gallery’s website and Facebook page.

Studio West is a venture of Work Skills Corporation, a 501 (c) (3) community-based organization that is committed to providing employment to people with barriers to employment, and optimizing human potential.

HOURS/TIMES OF OPERATION: The Studio will be open to the public beginning November 19, 2011 Tuesday-Saturday 12:00p.m. – 8:00p.m., Sunday 12:00p.m.-4:00p.m. Closed Monday’s.
LOCATION: 111 South West Street. Next to Bagger Dave’s rear entrance.
