JR Cape continues its years of growth by adding Partners in international key locations: in the United States, Western Europe and Asia. Our executive search firm upholds to align our expansion around the need of our customers, thus takes a significant and strategic step by entering into the US American market.

     Guy Carter is based out of Mobile, AL and is regarded one of the top executive search consultants in the United States. He will join us as our Partner for North America with extensive experience at Board and C level Executive Search and Consulting. Prior to his 18 years in retained Executive Search – consulting for a large number of listed multinational clients on board level – Guy served as a Vice President Human Resources for two publicly held, global NYSE companies. In addition to executive search, he has successfully consulted management in Executive Compensation, Morale Assessments, Organizational Analysis and Development, Downsizing, Outplacement, Employee Relations, and Human Resource Management to name a few.
Guy Carter was awarded a Bachelors of Business Administration from Memphis State University and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Business from Columbia University in New York.

     Richard S. Burgess is based in Chicago, IL and will also join us as Partner in the United States, working hand in hand with Guy Carter. He has extensive international business experience and accomplishments in leading companies in the computer, telecom, automotive, logistics, and audio electronics industries. His broad experience includes roles as General Manager of manufacturing operations, SVP of Human Resources, and CIO/VP of IT. Richard brings an integrated and comprehensive approach to delivering the best talent and talent management value to his clients. His areas of expertise include certifications as a Compensation Professional (CCP) specializing in Executive Compensation, The Leadership Circle 360 Feedback process, The Leadership Culture Survey, and Executive Coaching.
Richard holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Michigan State University and is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute. He is co-author of Developing an HR Vision: Top Executives on Building a Strong Team & Aligning Human Resources with Business Goals.

    Iain C Martindale operates from Bordeaux, France covering Western Europe and UK. He has over thirty years international human capital experience, partnering and consulting with business leaders, while working and living in China, Singapore, Japan, France, UK, Germany and USA. Iain will serve as our Partner for Western Europe. His experience includes developing and leading international HR organizations in Semicon, Telecoms, Aerospace, Automotive and Manufacturing environments. He has recruited for Executive positions around the globe, and successfully filled leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and HR.  Iain graduated in Aeronautical Engineering; Company sponsor of the MIT Japan program in Boston & Tokyo; and member of Board of Visitors and International Business School Advisory Board at Northeastern University in Boston.

      Joerg Kalisch joins JR Cape as Partner in our Singapore office, having over 20 years experience in regional Asia Pacific operations. He has held various leading management positions, including regional VP Asia for a large German MNC. Joerg is at home on both sides of the recruitment process, having had hiring responsibilities in his previous career as well as in executive search over the past 10 years. His main industry focus is IT, High Tech, Manufacturing and Services, whereas he has a cross-segment focus on Specialists, Finance, Sales, Marketing and C Level placements. With a successful track record within this matrix Joerg is well positioned to easily relate to client requirements and to pre-select suitable candidates in shortest time frames.
Joerg has studied Physics, Economics and Commerce, Marketing and Advertising, is a trained Commercial Data Processing Specialist and graduated from an Entrepreneur Program at Babson College and INSEAD.
