Guy Carter is based out of Mobile, AL and is regarded one of the top executive search consultants in the United States. He will join us as our Partner for North America with extensive experience at Board and C level Executive Search and Consulting. Prior to his 18 years in retained Executive Search – consulting for a large number of listed multinational clients on board level – Guy served as a Vice President Human Resources for two publicly held, global NYSE companies. In addition to executive search, he has successfully consulted management in Executive Compensation, Morale Assessments, Organizational Analysis and Development, Downsizing, Outplacement, Employee Relations, and Human Resource Management to name a few.
Guy Carter was awarded a Bachelors of Business Administration from Memphis State University and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Business from Columbia University in New York.
Richard S. Burgess is based in Chicago, IL and will also join us as Partner in the United States, working hand in hand with Guy Carter. He has extensive international business experience and accomplishments in leading companies in the computer, telecom, automotive, logistics, and audio electronics industries. His broad experience includes roles as General Manager of manufacturing operations, SVP of Human Resources, and CIO/VP of IT. Richard brings an integrated and comprehensive approach to delivering the best talent and talent management value to his clients. His areas of expertise include certifications as a Compensation Professional (CCP) specializing in Executive Compensation, The Leadership Circle 360 Feedback process, The Leadership Culture Survey, and Executive Coaching.
Richard holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Michigan State University and is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute. He is co-author of Developing an HR Vision: Top Executives on Building a Strong Team & Aligning Human Resources with Business Goals.
Joerg has studied Physics, Economics and Commerce, Marketing and Advertising, is a trained Commercial Data Processing Specialist and graduated from an Entrepreneur Program at Babson College and INSEAD.
