All three ladies were regular attendees of the bootcamp program, part of the fastest growing fitness franchise in the country, Fitness Revolution. Workouts are 3 times a week for 30 minutes and are challenging but fun, designed for busy people to maximize fat loss and get results.
First place was awarded to Fort Mill resident Sherri Adams, who lost almost 6% of her bodyweight in the short 7-week time frame, 2 1/4 inches off her waist and 3/4 inches off her hips. Sherri won 3 free months of Tuff Girl Bootcamp classes. Other winners were Laura Lee of Fort Mill, finishing second and winning 2 free months of bootcamps.
Laura summed up her experience saying, "Without Julie and Tuff Girl Bootcamps, I would not be where I am today. I feel great, have more confidence, and for the first time in a long time, I don’t mind trying on clothes. Thank you Julie for helping me understand the importance of this program."
Another winner in the contest was Jessica Edwards of Charlotte, who finished in 3rd place. Jessica was able to drop 9 pounds in 7 weeks and also lost 2 1/2 inches in the waist and 1 1/2 inches in her hips.
