Now The Grosvenor Spa is planning to expand the offer to a further 400 new customers and offer further benefits.

Cardholders earn treatment time for every REN, Elemis or Darphin treatment they book, or product they buy, worth more than £35.

The Pamper Me scheme also rewards regular customers with invitations to exclusive events, members-only offers and updates on new products.

Sarah Kelthy, assistant spa manager, said: “This is a lovely way to give something back to our spa customers and has proved really popular since we launched it two years ago.

“We know from the feedback we get from our current cardholders that Pamper Me is a great incentive and they love spending the treatment time they have earned as a special treat for themselves.

“What we’re planning to do now is to grow and expand the Pamper Me loyalty card so that more and more of our customers can enjoy its rewards.”

The spa’s comprehensive list of more than 40 different rituals are created from three exclusive product houses – Parisian skincare line Darphin, British company REN and luxury line Elemis.

Stress recovery massage, reflexology and REN bespoke body polish are just some of the varied and tempting treatments on offer.
