PRLog - Nov. 25, 2011 - Hamburg, 25 November 2011:   Yesterday evening marks the fifth time that gamecity:Hamburg has hosted Gamecity Night, the northern German computer gaming industry’s celebratory highlight of the year. More than 300 games business representatives from Germany and abroad accepted the invitation by the biggest regional industry network in the country to party late into the night in Hamburg’s historic Speicherstadt quarter. The organizers expressly thank premium sponsor Bigpoint, as well as co-sponsors InnoGames and Research In Motion, whose support made sure that Gamecity Night 2011 was another smashing success.

Topping off the quarterly Gamecity Treff gatherings, the exclusive Gamecity Night is the festive high point of the gamecity:Hamburg event calendar. The overwhelming number of registrations shows just how popular the event is among games industry professionals – gamecity:Hamburg project directors Achim Quinke and Stefan Klein welcomed more than 300 domestic and international guests at yesterday’s Gamecity Night.

“Gamecity Night is a great opportunity to share the past year’s stories and experiences, to meet business partners and friends, to communicate and make new contacts,” Stefan Klein says about the event. “Thanks to our sponsors, Bigpoint, InnoGames and Research In Motion, we were able to present the party in this wonderful setting again this year.”
