Prokarateshop created an infographic that displayed data on Childhood Obesity at both a National and Worldwide level. Data has shown that Mississippi has the highest rate of Childhood Obesity in the United States. The Department of Health also detailed the Childhood Obesity rate by country. Data was collected and tabulated over a 3 year period. The results were shocking. The data showed that Forty-Four percent of children in Mississippi were overweight. We also researched the worldwide statistics on Childhood Obesity. We found that a third of children in the United States were overweight. This was a very eye opening task, it is very shocking that children are beginning their life overweight. Statistics have shown that overweight children grow into overweight adults.
