Stretching the Beauty Budget with ITS Academy of Beauty in Wichita Falls

    The special includes shampoo, conditioning, haircut, blow dry, style, basic manicure and pedicure and facial with make-up for only $25. The normal cost is $40 and the same services at a salon could exceed $100. Clients can upgrade their manicure to include nail tips for $10 more.
