AMP Solar and KB Installations complete projects for the York Catholic District School Board

Nov. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- AMP Solar Group, one of Ontario’s premier solar developers and KB Installations, a partner of KB Racking, have installed four custom solar PV systems which qualify under the Ontario Green Energy Act. The projects were installed on the rooftops of four schools of the York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) and the electricity generated will be fed into the distribution grid for use by Ontario energy consumers, including YCDSB Schools. The participating schools are Cardinal Carter CHS, Our Lady of the Lake Catholic College, St. Gregory the Great and St. Maximillian Kolbe CHS.

The solar systems, which totalled 65 kW, were installed efficiently and in a compressed timeline in order to meet YCDSB’s firm deadlines. The high degree of coordination between YCDSB, AMP and KB along with the suitable technology selection and installation expertise produced a highly successful project outcome.
