Christmas at the Brangwyn Hall in Swansea

Nov. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- The Brangwyn Hall has a fantastic array of live seasonal entertainment to prepare and ensure the perfect start to your Christmas period.

The Swansea Philharmonic Choir present a fantastic candlelight performance of Handel’s Messiah on Saturday 17 December at 7.30pm.  

Conducted by Clive John and accompanied by the Chamber Orchestra of Wales, the choir will be joined by soloists Laurie Ashworth (Soprano), Carolyn Dobbin (Mezzo-Soprano), Joseph Cornwell (Tenor) and James Oldfield (Bass-baritone). Tickets are £12.50.

Nearer to Christmas come and enjoy well known seasonal melodies at the wonderful Christmas Candlelight Concert on Wednesday 21 December at 7.30pm.  

The Chamber Orchestra of Wales will be conducted by conductor Alwyn Humphreys and soloist Ros Evans.

Enjoy a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie as you settle down and enjoy the concert as Brangwyn Hall is lit by candlelight.   Tickets are £11.50 and £9.50 concessions,
