E-Book Thriller Released On Amazon, Barnes & Noble And Smashwords

Could An Incurable Virus Be Imported And Launched On The American Public?

Nov. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Loveland, Colorado, November 21, 2011—Indie author, R.F. Moltzon, announced a new suspense-filled thriller today that explores a scenario that is all too possible in the today’s world of domestic terrorism.
Moltzon said that since 9/11, Americans have become more xenophobic and the result could drive victims of prejudice and abuse to acts of terrorism.  In FAILURE TO MELT, a woman lawyer and her private detective colleague track down a group of rednecks who burned a Muslim couples store and home, crippling them physically and financially.  But the family’s sons, suspecting a small town sheriff cover-up, plan a heinous biological attack on the perpetrators and their Florida town that will kill 50% of the people the virus comes in contact with.
As the story unfolds, the protagonist, Danni Sobieski, a former ex-FBI agent, finds herself tempering suspicions of the family’s sons through a filter of sympathy for the parent’s plight, anger with the perpetrators and her own sense of prejudice in America.  In a complex plot with varying points of view, she must discover and recognize the sons are terrorists and stop them before it is too late.  Moltzon said that while there are many stories about terrorism and biological agents, this provides the unique perspective of why an assimilated American might turn against his country.
R.F. Moltzon grew up outside of New York City and attended the University of Maryland, where he earned a degree in Information Systems Management.  He has had a distinguished business career traveling extensively in more than forty countries on five continents and throughout the United States.  In addition to fiction, Mr. Moltzon writes frequently on political affairs and has been a contributor to several newspapers and periodicals.   He currently lives in Loveland, Colorado with his wife.
