Each workout is scalable to allow for the best possible workout. The workouts build on full body, functional movements to increase overall strength and fitness.
By: Camp Havoc Now there are no more excuses. Camp Havoc, a high intensity, calorie destroying Boot Camp, is opening its doors on December 5th. That’s right, this Boot Camp will take place indoors! Most Boot Camps are conducted in an outdoor setting such as a parking lot or local park. This is fine until it rains, gets dark or is 35 degrees out (or 100!). Camp Havoc’s training is conducted at Sandlot Sports, a 17,000 Sq. Ft. facility that provides the ability to hold classes year round, no matter what the weather conditions. Sandlot Sports is located off 290 and Mueschke Rd. in Cypress. Class times will be conducted Monday – Wednesday at 5am and 6am, as well as Fridays at 5am and 6am. These early times will guarantee that our athletes have time for themselves before heading off to work or preparing for the next holiday get together. All fitness levels are welcome at Camp Havoc. Each training session is scalable so that each athlete is able to complete the session and get an amazing workout. Sessions will typically consist of a dynamic warm-up followed by full body strength and conditioning, circuit type exercises, Plyometrics and core training.
