More Coats needed for Ziker Cleaners ‘Coats for Kids’ Community Outreach

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 21, 2011 - With less than two weeks of coat collection remaining, Ziker Cleaners is asking the community for more gently used coats for the Coats for Kids program.  Collection will continue through Saturday, December 3th at all eight store locations in South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger and Elkhart.

As always the greatest need now is for child size machine washable coats that can be easily maintained after they are distributed, but winter coats of any type and size are welcome.

A community distribution will be taking place on a first come first served basis at Adams High School Gymnasium, 808 South Twyckenham, South Bend, Indiana on Saturday, December 3rd from 9am to 12noon.

There will be additional distribution to the community school systems of Elkhart, Indian and Goshen, Indiana in mid-December.

Since 1986, Ziker has collected and distributed over 225,000 coats.
